The fact is I like kids. Since I'm a children's pastor, that's probably a good thing.
I like when they mispronounce a word or use a phrase in the wrong way.
My kids used to tell me that they did things "on accident" (because if you do things "on purpose" it makes sense that when you didn't do it on purpose, you did it on accident!).
I like that sometimes they THINK they know what they are talking about.
My daughter is doing observation hours for one of her college classes this semester. She relayed a very funny conversation she overheard the other day.
Kid #1: I can draw Dark Vader better than you!
Kid #2: Who's Dark Vader?
Kid #3: I know him! He's a wrestler! But he doesn't wrestle anymore...
Kid #1: No he's not! He's from the Star Wars movies!
Kid #3: Oh yeah! But he died.
Kid #1: No he didn't!
Kid #4: The Undertaker?!? He didn't die!
Kids say the darnedest things.

Kids are terrific until they start to "self-censor" themselves, and then it changes.
Listening to kids talk when they don't know an adult is listening can be some of the best comedy ever performed. Love the kids!!!

Hello, Linda! Haha, kids are hilarious to eavesdrop on. I have six young nieces and nephews and they are such joys. I love being an aunt!

I adore kids, their art and what they say.
My little one was saying the This Little Piggie rhyme the other day and said "this little piggie had gross peas" and I nearly fell off my chair gigglin'.
They see things differently and remind us of innocence and naivety.
They let your head drop down while a regular pillow has your head being pushed forward.
